Every one of these takes numbers you already have and converts them. None of them decides anything for you. If a tool here ever appears to be recommending a quantity, it is a bug — report it.
Concentration is everything: mcg per unit = (vial mg × 1000) ÷ (mL of water × 100) on a U-100 syringe. Every tool on this page is a rearrangement of that. If you remember one thing, remember that adding more water does not change the dose — it changes how many marks that dose occupies, which is what makes it measurable.
