What it is
CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) designed to prompt the pituitary to release growth hormone. The "DAC" version adds a drug-affinity complex that extends its action; it is frequently paired with ipamorelin.
The evidence, stated plainly
Human evidence is very limited, mostly small pharmacology studies showing it can raise GH and IGF-1 levels; there are no large controlled trials establishing benefit, safety, or dosing for body composition or anti-aging use. It is not approved and is prohibited in sport.

Half-life & timing
Plain CJC-1295 acts briefly; the DAC form binds albumin to extend its half-life substantially, which is why the two versions are dosed differently. Human figures are sparse.
